April Third

Today, I went to the trench with Paxon Danzer and Micheal Ibriham, to find plants 358-388. Paxon was especially good at finding the milkweeds. By the end of the day we had found about 15 milkweeds. It took us an hour and half starting at 12:00. Two UC Davis interns helped us with some questions. In particular we were wondering about some eggs we found on a milkweed. They appeared to be monarch eggs but they were all stuck together which is unlike monarchs. The intern told us that a monarch would never do that but even she was still unsure. Overall it was a successful outing.image
